Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in New work. For this post you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with other HR team, Marketing team, and product managers to deliver high-quality business solutions to grow our company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Researching market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and manage data.
  • Ensuring partnerships drive long-term success and market expansion.
  • Analyzing customer preferences and market demands.
  • Designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Setting and monitoring sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field provides a strong foundation.
  •  Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development roles is highly valued.
  •  Ability to anticipate market trends, set long-term goals, and align activities with company vision. 
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure deals & build relationships. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Skill in conducting market research to identify opportunities and understand competitors.
